Privacy Policy — AI Assistant

This policy describes how AI Assistant (“the App”, “we”) handles information when you use our marketing website (aibusinessagent.xyz), product app (aibusinessagent.xyz/agents), AgentBay marketplace (aibusinessagent.xyz/bay), API, and mobile applications.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Account data — email, name, password hash, company/project names.
Content you provide — agent configs, chat, tasks, templates, uploads.
Usage & billing — plan, token meter, credits, payment metadata (Stripe / crypto).
API keys you store — optional third-party keys, encrypted at rest.
Device permissions — microphone only for optional voice features.
Technical logs — IP, user agent, errors for security and reliability.
Marketing site — standard server/CDN logs; no account required to browse.

3. How we use data

Provide the product (auth, agents, chat, billing).
Secure accounts and prevent abuse.
Process payments and prevent fraud.
Improve reliability and support you.

4. Sharing

We use processors such as hosting (e.g. Vercel), database (e.g. Neon), email/SMS providers when configured, Stripe for card payments, and AI providers (e.g. xAI, Anthropic) when you use those models. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention & security

Data is kept while your account is active and as needed for legal/billing records. Passwords are hashed; subscriber secrets use encryption at rest. Use a strong password and protect your device.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Contact support. You may close your account by emailing us. In-app data export and account deletion are available under Settings.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
